Raise money to save Aussie hearts

• Longer jump rope sessions (20-60 minutes) are great for building
aerobic fitness. Still, it's important to be wary of the stresses imposed
on your legs and connective tissues during long periods of jumping.
• Being active is one of the most important ways that children can
improve their health and wellbeing.
• The program can help primary schools meet the mandatory weekly
requirements for student participation in sport and physical activity,
and encourages students to build a positive attitude towards exercise,
healthy eating and heart health.
Skipping Challenge

• Over the last 40 years many Heart Heroes have logged many minutes
and hours of skipping.
• we love to see the Jump Rope for Heart community clock up 40,000
hours of skipping across the country.
• encourages students to build a positive attitude towards exercise,
healthy eating and heart health.
Life-long benefits
• Sitting less and being active for 60 minutes or more each day has
plenty of health benefits for primary-aged children.
• Research suggests that active children are more likely to become
