What is ketogenic diet?
• The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that aims to
shift your body into a state of ketosis. Ketosis occurs when
your body burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. To
achieve ketosis, you must limit your carbohydrate intake to
about 20-50 grams per day and increase your fat intake
significantly.
