The contents of the video include the following

OBJECTIVE
The purpose of these sources is to convey messages about the importance
of trust and cooperation in achieving success. The resource persons wanted
to show that the environment can influence a person to become a hero or do
extraordinary things, and that anyone has the capacity to do good things if
given the right environment. In addition, the resource person also wants the
superior role of a leader who can determine the direction of an organization
or company.
SPEAKER OPINION
The resource person in the video has several opinions, including:
1. The right environment can shape people into people who do extraordinary things.
Everyone has the capacity to do extraordinary things if they have the right
environment.
2. The concept of trust and cooperation is very important in creating a good environment,
and important in surviving and succeeding in life. Trust and cooperation is a feeling,
not an instruction.
3. A great leader is that they provide opportunities for their subordinates, provide
education and discipline, build their confidence, provide opportunities to try and fail in
order to achieve more than can be achieved, and a great leader is a leader who does not
sacrifice other people for the sake of individual. Great and good leaders are leaders
who make sacrifices so that their subordinates feel safe and protected
PROCESS

The process of creating a sense of trust and cooperation in


humans has been formed since ancient times. Humans feel
that the world is full of dangers with various obstacles that
can hinder the success of life, from that feeling humans
evolve into social beings who live by working together to
create a sense of security and mutual trust. The process to
become a great and good leader is to make a decision to
prioritize the safety and lives of the people in the
organization/company, sacrificing and setting aside personal
comfort/interests and concrete results.
The Result

The result of this process is the emergence of a sense of


security, mutual trust and cooperation so that employees
will remain in the organization/company. employees will
also do the same, namely sacrifice and work together to
achieve organizational/company goals and achieve more
things than can be achieved for success.
Values

The values contained in the video are that leaders play an important
role in creating an environment that prioritizes safety and common
interests rather than individual interests and plays a role in providing a
sense of security and mutual trust in the lives of people in their
organizations.

In the first video and the second video they have similarities in a business process, namely
having mutual trust between employees and also superiors/managers to go to the same goal
however, trust in these employees should not be misused by a manager for personal gain
because it will damage the image a leader in the eyes of employees.

Therefore, as a leader should know the limits of orders given to employees.
