What is an online community?
An Online community is a group of people who share the same interest or

cause and communicate with each other through the internet.

Your online community is your followers, friends, and family whom you

have a connection with.

 Be a leader with empathy, welcome, and understanding.
 encourage conversation and interact with the latest trends.
 Build a relationship, and build a certain level of trust with your people by being
real and authentic.

 Have consistent student content be it student registration, online support or
webinars.

 Sharing visuals on social media attracts your followers to what you are selling.
 It increases volume.
 Use hashtags to be part of the conversations happening.
 Use what is called a call of act which means directing people to where you
want them, the purpose of the post on Twitter, Facebook, etc
 You may start your caption with a question to show that you have the solution
and direct them to it to keep them in your caption.

 Use a sense of Humor utilizing memes and, gifs.

 Have student-generated content.

 Use your day-to-day life pictures and relate them to feenix e.g a simple picture of you

 Give students responses, and the comment section will be filled with people wanting

to know what Feenix has to do with your education.
