We are an interior-exterior design house dedicated to design for precious
residence or inspirational workplace.

Our designs are all inspired by innovation and distinctions that let you celebrate
your world. Our design approach emphasis on creativity, productivity, comfort,
learning, collaboration, flexibility, health and sustainability.

Woodpencil works in a wide array of projects, starting from contemporary to

vintage, minimalistic to robust, luxurious to budget friendly materials. We start
from scratches of blending idea, sketching and visualizing prototype, selecting
materials and finally crafting the weaver birds nest. In all the process we partner
our client in his dream voyage.
Our HISTORY

WoodPencil is a dream venture of its entrepreneur and chief designer S.M. Ja-
hangir Alam. His passion for art, design & décor inspired him to give birth of a
design house on 2014 that would design for life and blend art with functionality.

Within a couple of years the firm successfully delivered a handful projects in

Shyamoli Square of Genetics Ltd., Bashundhora, Kafrul, Uttara, Khilgaon, Mir-
pur
DOHS, Lalmatia to both private and commercial clients.

craftsman and artisan committed to excellence.

reliable, skilled and experience set of Contractors, Carpenters and Suppliers. In
case of need we can arrange different relevant professionals with whom we’ve
trusted relation and in case of large projects we different professional house
work together encompassing our scope and magnitude of ability.

Our Authentication Process
1. Our wooden items are over 90% Heartwood and 5-10% Sapwood which is natural dilemma.
2. Specific wood variety is detailed with identification name, Heartwood-Sapwood ratio,
country of origin and place, seasoning and pest & termite protection treatment status.
Client will check and verify their product with the specified detail and sample and reject
for any discrepancy.
3. In case of other industrial materials like Boards and Panels, Steel, MS, Glass, Aluminum,
ACP, Acrylic etc. we’re open ended for any best quality available in market as par our
choice or client’s recommendation.
4. In case of hinges we prefer stainless steel materials of different renowned and reliable
brands available in our market preferably brands including YJX, Blossom and Jdas. But if
client prefers Hafele, Hettich or Blum brands then they are required to pay the extra price.
5. In finishing we’ll show a sample finished product onto the same product and request the
client to check and verify with the sample.
6. We’ll take clients confirmation in form of checked and verified in four various stages of
project implementation of
a. Procurement of materials
b. After building basic structure
c. After completing the structure and before finishing
d. Final verification after finishing
