❑We connected almost every sensor and board

through breadboard. Moreover, we connected 5V
and ground of Arduino UNO to + and – lines.
❑Before fixing pH probe into the plastic jar, we
collaborated sensor using two solutions provided
in laboratories ( pH solution of 4.0 and 7.0). We
have got coefficients in order to convert voltage
measured by pH sensor into actual value that we
further used in coding.
❑We connected two DC motors with ARDUINO
UNO through L298N driver board.

Code for pH Sensor

Code for DC motors for stirrer and pump

Code for Turbidity Sensor 1. Code checks whether switch closed or opened.
2. If it is closed, it checks pH of the medium. If it is opened, pump and stirrer
stop.
3. If pH<4, water pump starts to work to increase the pH. If pH>4, stirrer
starts to work instead of water pump.

Calibration of turbidity sensor
It is carried to assign voltages to the amount of turbidity in the solution in the tank. For this purpose, we used different masses of yeast and added little amount
of yeast every time to the medium 129+previous yeast.  We obtained the curve of pH during whole experiment and it showed inverse proportionality between
the amount of yeast added and the ph. The range at which pH was changing is 0-5, e.g. when the capacity of yeast in the container was 10 grams, we obtained
the lowest pH available.
