Quiddle

Rules
1. Players start with a sash of their team’s colour tucked in their
pants. If I get pulled out by an opposing team member, the
players in out until their team scores a point.
2. Quiddle is a NO CONTACT sport. The only time you touch an
opposing player is to grab their sash.
3. Points are scored by throwing the softball through the hoop
(Ten Points) or rolling the softball through the cones (Five
points).
4. Only three people can be out. If a fourth person goes out, the
first person who came onto the sidelines is back in.
5. Eight people per team (One keeper, Three defenders and Four
strikers)
Scoring mechanisms
Points are scored when a player gets the softball through the
hoop or in the cones.
15 points are awarded for throwing the softball through the hoop
5 points are awarded for rolling the softball through the cones
Keepers are able to block the softball with all parts of their
body, while the defenders can only use their hands.
FIVE passes must be made before a team can throw through
the hoop, but only THREE need to be made before rolling
through the cones.
Equipment required
The equipment required is:
A basketball court (With a hoop)
Eight cones
One softball
Sixteen players
