Herb garden- -the benefits are the
flavor and medicinal value of the herbs
grown.
Vegetable Garden- growing vegetables for
personal food consumption or for selling.

•BOLO-long single
edged knife for
cutting pegs or
stake and for
pulverizing the
soil.
Spading fork--bigger, longer and stronger tool that looks like a
table fork. Used for digging and separating stones from the soil.
hand trowel- used to loosen the soil.
shovel- used for removing the soil and weeds.
grub-used for breaking hard top soil.
wheelbarrow- used for healing plants from
the nursery to the planting site.
rake- used to lend and pulverize the soil and to remove
big pieces of stones and weeds from the soil.
sprinkler- used for watering plants
hand cultivator- used for cultivating the garden plot by lessening
the soil and eliminating young weeds around the plants.
seed box or seed bed- container or plot where you will
sow seeds before transplanting them to a garden plot.
sprayer- used for spraying insecticides or
pesticides.
