Problem1: The color indicates six regions instead of
% of test that can indicate level of quality.

Revision: Design the color to indicate the % of test

and using filter to select the test of interest.
Problem2: I can see one test a time. It is difficult to
compare different tests at a glance.
Revision: Put all tests together and highlight the
city/county I concerned.
Problem3: I can see one test a time and the number
is too complicated.
Revision: Put all tests together and changed into
three ranks and used color to indicate good or bad. .
