THE PERCEIVED IMPACT OF

PREJUDICE AND RACISM AMONG

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE (IPs) IN SAN
JOSE GENERAL SANTOS
Introduction

Racism is prejudice directed toward others by one or more people based

on different perceptions such as skin color, tribe, languages, beliefs,
cultures, and customs. Racism has been happening around us for a
long time. Indigenous and non-indigenous people play an important role
in this concept by viewing them through the lens of skin color and body
properties.
In addition, in reviews, which were supposed to be dealt with, very
few people would be in dispute about right and wrong. Except for
extremists, no one would wish to endorse racism; just about all of us
know nasty racist behavior when we see it. Yet there is not always clear
the best way to respond, and not necessarily confident about whether
we may have the courage to respond appropriately
