My Profile & Objective.
• I am hardworking and ambitious individual with a great passion for
the human resource management. I am currently in my final year of
my degree program (Bachelor of Management Honors in Human
Resource Management at KIU). I have excellent communication skills,
good interpersonal skills and creativity skills when I work with a team.
If I working in the business world I can put into practice my
knowledge and to get a maximum experience under field of human
resource management and provide to excellent service to HR
department.
Educational Qualification.
• School Attendant: Sri Dharmaloka Central College, Kelaniya (Complete grade 1 to
grade 13). Attending G.C.E Ordinary Level Examination (O/L 2013) and Attending
G.C.E Advanced Level Examination (A/L 2016) under commerce stream.

Academic Qualifications.
• Following a degree program of Bachelor of Management Honors in Human
Resource Management at KIU.
• Completing Typesetting and Layout Designing course in 2017 at Sri Lanka
Institute of Printing.
• Completing Graphic designing course in 2019 at Sri Lanka Institute of Printing.
• Completing Diploma in Academic English in 2017 at Esoft Metro Campus.
Work Experience.

• Completed “Job skills Development Training Programme for School

Leavers” at Bank of Ceylon, Peliyagoda Super Grade Branch from
01.08.2017 to 30.01.2018 position under Customer Service in the
Front office & Back Office Operations.
• Worked with LAUGFS Holdings Ltd as an intern attached group legal
and corporate HR from 24/02/2021 to 31/05/2021.

• I have own values and believes those things are positively influenced
to keep it up better self confidence level when I’ am involve in works.
• I have own dream in my personal and professional life, and always I
worked hard to achieved my dreams.
• I have good team work skills when I’ am engage in team working.

Weaknesses.
• More emotionally sensitive.
• Sometimes I face some difficulties to understand different languages.
• If having to do more works then I feel more stress.

Opportunities.
• I have good knowledge of technological know-how and I think its opportunity to
engage with new technology in better way.
• I always likes to acquire new skills I think its good opportunity grab updated
knowledge.

Threats.
• Today everyone has strong educational and professional qualifications within
the labor market.
Leadership roles

• Get leadership role with team of HR to arrange “Sinhala Awrudu with

Laugfs” in 2021.
• Get leadership role to arrange “Commerce Day” at Sri Dharmaloka
Central College in 2015.
• Get leadership role in environmental team in school.
• Get leadership role in Buddhist society in school.
Aesthetic activities involvement

• Attending dancing group, art community in school.

• Attending creativity group when I am worked at Laugfs.
• Attending drama in the university.
