Commtel Digital: HR Executive (March 2017 – Present)


Commtel Digital is a group of digital enthusiasts coming together every day to bring something
new to the world of marketing.

Responsibilities:
 Writing up job descriptions and performance reviews;
 Reviewing and short-listing resumes and applications;
 Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process;
 Participating in recruitment drives and attending job fair;
 Managing an extensive data bank of candidates;
 Providing a comprehensive HR support service to work colleagues, employees and the
company as a whole;
 Implementing and designing HR policies and procedures;
 Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining report and offer letter;
 Monitoring attendance of employees to ensure punctuality;
 Conducting in-house trainings;
 Analyzing the training needs among employees, and encouraging employees to attend training

MAK Blue Training & Consultancy: Recruitment Executive (February 2017 – September
2018)

 Conduct detailed interviews before submission of the candidates to the client;
 Build, organize and maintain a function wise consolidated pool of candidates;

Hubb Education: Teacher Assistant (April 2016 – January 2017)


Hubb Education is passionate about children learning Islam in a fun and exciting way. It focuses
on arts, drama and creative writing to teach children.

Responsibilities:
Helped the students in carrying out different activities and made work interesting for them. It
helped me to learn and try new methods in dealing with students also making the work
interesting for them by making them indulge in interactive sessions.

University College Lahore has been teaching for the International Programmes since 1994.
University College Lahore is an Affiliate Centre for the University of London International
Programmes.

Responsibilities:
Worked as Teacher Assistant for Statistics for consecutive two years. In this role, helped
teachers with paper checking and assignment checking.
RESEARCH PROJECT:

Gender Inequality in terms of Pay Gap within the organization (2016-2017)


The research aims were to examine the reasons and implications of gender inequality in terms
of pay gap and the benefits associated with closing pay gap, followed by the recommendations
that organization can implement to avoid the issue of inequality.
