• Leg collapses due to loss of N2 pressure
• Servicing with N2 raises the leg, but doesn‘t
solve the problem:
•Separator piston too high

•Upper N2 pressure too high

• Bubbles and foam in oil

• N2 displaces separator piston
• Leg collapses due to loss of N2 pressure
• Servicing with N2 raises the leg, but doesn‘t
solve the problem:
•Separator piston too high

•Upper N2 pressure too high

• Bubbles and foam in oil

• AC on ground:
Set “H” dimension with lower N2 pressure 73
PSI
• AC on jacks:
Set the lower N2 pressure according to the
temperature chart (Leg fully extended)
• AC on ground:
Reduce upper N2 pressure to approx. 73 psi
• AC on jacks:
Reduce upper N2 pressure to approx. 100 psi

• Open upper oil vent valve and lower oil charge See Chart

• With GSE: Add the calculated volume of oil to
properly position the separator piston
