INTRODUCTION

HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

Hotel Management System is the profession of managing a hotel. It includes the major function of planning, organizing, staffing,

developing an attitude in room booking system. However, this system is aimed at where the room is allocated to customers, employees are

going to register/delete, it also shows employees details. Customers are going to register by name or room no, customers can be checked

out, and search by name it shows all customer details, customers in/out hotel.
SCOPE

The scope of the system means the area of the proposed system. We intended to design the Hotel Management System which encompasses

the following aspects:

• Add Rooms.

• Maintains the Room record.

• Getting through booking process.

• Keeps the Employee record.

• Customer Registration.

• Manage the Customer Details.

• Keeps the record of Checked In and Checked out Customers.

• Log Out from application.

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the Project on Hotel Management System is to manage the details of Booking, Customer, Employee, and Records keeping.

This project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Booking, Customer and Employee Records. It manages

all the information about Customer, Employees, Reservations of Rooms and check-ins &checkouts of the customer. The project is totally built at

administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access.
