 CONTENT
• Objective:- The main objective of the Project on Hotel Booking System
is to manage the details of Booking, Hotel, Customers, Payments,
Services. It manages all the information about Booking, Rooms, Services,
Booking. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the
administrator is guaranteed the access.
Functionalities Provided On Hotel Booking
System Are As Follow
• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Booking,
Customers, Payments, Services
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for student
details, employee details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Hotel, Rooms, Payment etc.
• Manage the information of Hotel, Booking, Payments
• Shows the Information and Description of the Booking, Customers
• To increase efficiency of managing the Booking, Hotel
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of the Payments.
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper
resource management of booking data.
• Integration of all records of Services.
 REPORT GENERATION
• It generates the report on Booking, Hotel, Rooms
• Provides filter reports on Customers, Payment, Services
• You can easily export PDF for the Booking, Rooms,
Payments
• Application also provides excel export for Hotel,
Customers, Services
• You can also export the report into csv format for
Booking, Hotel, Services
 LIMITATIONS
• Excel export has not been developed for Rooms, Payments due to
some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for
Booking, Hotel capture and Modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Booking, Customers, Services cannot be generated
due to batch mode execution.
