What is Preliminary Planning?

• The Planning carried out by the Engineering

Department on initiation of the proposal for a

Project either from Public or Government.

• Before starting a Project, it is very important to

convince the Government and Public by

submitting a Brief Report to realise the need of

the Project and for acceptance by Competent

Administrative authority .
