Job description
Manager
-Responsible for managing the store (daily operations of the cafe including the selection,
development and performance management of employees)

Secretary
-Assist GM for running the store. Greet and assist clients. Act as cashier.

Guide Person
-Greet and assist clients. Guide person for the blind massage therapists. Refill massage materials,
organize and clean of the place.

Associates
-massage the clients and be efficient all the time.
 Target hours per week and Pay per Levels
Manager, cashier and guide person will pay daily work schedule basis
every 2 weeks
Massage therapist will pay 40% for every successful massage session.
