Lunch:
Salad Nicoise with two wedges of
garlic bread and a glass of chilled chianti
Evening:
• Bowl of minestrone soup , lasagne
• Green salad, French dressings and olives
• Creme caramel with double cream
• Strong black coffee with sugar
• 2 glasses of red wine
Nightcap:
• A glass of brandy and a cigarette
SHORT TERM GOALS:

•Eat slowly
•Cook homemade meals
•Try to relax yourself
•Consider trial of a daily probiotics for one month
