 “Cuevas de Moncagua”
The caves are located in the department of San Miguel,
in the hottest place in the country. Exactly they are in
Moncagua in the tourist center El Capullin.
"El Mirador de las Cien Gradas"

From "El Mirador de las Cien Gradas" you

can observe an impressive panorama that
extends beyond the reservoir of the Lempa
River, and its environment is almost similar to
the Mirador de los Planes de Renderos with a
tasty climate.
Place and Time of Departure
Meeting at UNO gas station in front of Unicentro
Soyapango. Departure time at 6:00am We will have
breakfast at Don Beto restaurant being in the place at
8:15am breakfast is not included in the package and
distance to the caves of Moncagua is 45 minutes entering
the place at 9:45am taking food for lunch and leaving the
place at 2:45am heading to the viewpoint of the 100 steps
in the municipality of Alegria, Usulutan being in the area
at 3:35pm, leaving the municipality at 5:00pm.
Return time at 7:00pm
Price $15.00 per person does not include entrance to the
caves.
