After getting the result from the Laplace Transform Tables, if the not in the tables, you'll need to use the
Inverse Laplace Transform.

In this case, we can't factor the denominator into real factors but by completing the square we can rewrite
the denominator

Then, matching this with the "generic decaying oscillatory" form we get B=0, C=2, a=1, ω0=3. We then use
the table to determine the solution
