INTRODUCTION
Welcome to our event, "YAADIEN".This event is a unique and innovative way of exploring
the topic of childhood memories through the mediums of stand-up comedy, drama, and
poetry. Our aim is to provide a platform for students to share their personal stories and
experiences from their childhood, creating a thought-provoking and emotionally engaging
experience for the audience.

Stand-up comedy, drama, and poetry are powerful mediums of expression that can bring new
dimensions to the exploration of childhood memories. We believe that through these
mediums, we can create a meaningful and memorable experience for both the performers
and the audience.
PLAN OF THE EVENT
• Place - KP Nautiyal Block, Graphic Hill University , Dehradun
• Plot - Basically, Program based school memories and it is divided into
three different sub programs to represent YAADIEN (memories) of school.
• Sub programs - Drama , Poetry , Standup Comedy.
• Authority and permission - Event organizing cell of Deemed and Hill
University, HOD of management department of both universities and Director
of University.
• Members - volunteers (college students), In-Charge of event department and
crew members of organizing department.

Audience:
The event is open to everyone who is interested in exploring the topic of childhood memories through
stand-up comedy, drama, and poetry. The audience is expected to be around 200 people, including all
departments at both campus.

RISKS IN THE EVENT
 WEATHER: If the event is outdoors, the weather could be a potential risk. Consider
having a backup indoor location or postponing the event if inclement weather is
forecasted.
 SAFETY HAZARDS: Any event involving large groups of people carries a certain level
of risk. Consider having a plan in place for any potential safety hazards or emergencies,
such as medical incidents or natural disasters
 TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: If the event involves technology or audiovisual
equipment, there is a risk of technical difficulties or malfunctions.
 PURPOSE
 Celebrating a milestone:- An event related to school memories could be held to celebrate a
particular
  Raising funds:- An event could be held to raise funds for the school or for a particular
cause or scholarship.
GUESTS
 Alumni:- An event related to school memories could be targeted towards alumni and their
families.
  Current students:- An event could be held to involve current students and create a sense of
community among them and alumni.
  Staff :- An event could also be targeted towards current and retired staff members.
  Family-friendly:- The event could be designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all
ages.
OBJECTIVES
 Creating a sense of nostalgia: The event could be designed to evoke
feelings of nostalgia and memories of attendees’ time at the school.

 Showcasing accomplishments: An event could be held to showcase the


school’s accomplishments and celebrate its successes.

 Networking: An event could be designed to provide networking


opportunities for alumni and current students.
