Event organizers are professionals who manage
events and occasions. They meet with clients to
discuss their wants and other significant issues, as
well as with caterers and suppliers. The team
ensures that every element of the plan is in place
to ensure success on time and within budget.
Event planning is a complex process that requires
a large package and responsibility.
CHAPTER 1
We plan to establish our specific location in Rizal
Street, Ormoc City, where the former Gaisano
Mall was constructed and destroyed after the
catastrophic fire accident. The business’ activities
include event planning, visuals (video &
photoshoots), clothes, and food catering. Our
office will open at 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

• Comro Events is a service business that offers
event packages to customers in need, such as
Debut, Wedding, and Birthday packages.
• Our business is targeting Ormoc City audiences
to improve event efficiency and cost-
effectiveness. Social media, blogs, and brochures
can help us reach this target audience.

The company's workforce is composed of
stockholders, business partners and employees
who work on projects and activities. The
company’s partners have the power to hire and
terminate those who are not necessary and
establish business plans. The person in charge of
events is the one who assumes command and
makes decisions regarding that event.

1.In order to preserve consistency, the following financial statements would use the calendar year.
2.The year 2023 would be the start of Comro events.
3.The estimated sales revenue of the business is ₱22,410,025.00 for 3 years.
4.Every year, the entire withdrawals are made equally.
5.Rent expense is ₱240,000 annually.
6.No supplies/inventory at the end of the year.
7.The government’s proclamation regarding the basic minimum wage would determine labor costs or
wages, thus salaries are not fixed during the course of a business’ operations.
8.Equity and loans will be used to fund the capital. Debt will represent 40% of the total and equity
60%.
