Course outcomes
• Describe the fundamental theory of biochemical and molecular
processes in living organisms linked to metabolism and cell
division.

• Perform (plan, conduct and analyze outcomes of) experimental


studies in the fields of metabolism and cell division.

• Implement a digital task on the basic theory of biochemical and


molecular mechanisms related to metabolism and cell division in
living organisms through a web-based platform.
Course description
• This is a course that introduces students to the concepts and
principles of biology.
• Students will be introduced to the various fields of biology, which
includes the study of enzymes, cellular respiration, photosynthesis,
cell division and protein synthesis.
• 4 chapters – Enzymes, Cellular respiration, Photosynthesis , Cell
division
