Oil Control Valve - Function description
Lifting, port H
PE01 is activated
• The pressure is
controlled by the pilot
line connected to the
bottom of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure
is set by the Main
Pressure Relief Valve
(2).
Lowering, port H
PE02 is activated
• Oil flow passes through the
Flow regulator valve that
compensates for different
loads on the forks.
• This makes the lowering
speed as constant as
possible.
ATT2, port A3
PE07 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line
connected to the bottom
of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the ATT2
Pressure Relief Valve
2
(2).
ATT2, port B3
PE08 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line
connected to the bottom
of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the ATT2
Pressure Relief Valve
2
(2).
Compensators
• The compensators are only in use in
case of operating double functions.
• For example:
The tilting speed will not increase
by using the lifting and tilting at the
same time, even if the pump rpm
increases.

POSSIBLE)
• MAX_CURRENT_EV_LOWER_EMPTY : Maximum
current applied to the lowering valve when there is no load
on the forks.
