Oil Control Valve - Function description

Lifting, port H
PE01 is activated
• The pressure is
controlled by the pilot
line connected to the
bottom of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure
is set by the Main
Pressure Relief Valve
(2).

• Information classification: Internal

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Lowering, port H
PE02 is activated
• Oil flow passes through the
Flow regulator valve that
compensates for different
loads on the forks.
• This makes the lowering
speed as constant as
possible.

• Information classification: Internal

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Tilting backward, port A1

PE03 is activated
• The oil flow passes
through a check valve
unrestricted inside the
Over Center Valve (3). 3
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line connected
to the bottom of the
Pressure Compensator
Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the Main Pressure
Relief Valve (2).

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Tilting forward, port B1

PE04 is activated
• The return oil flow from the
tilting cylinder passes
through the Over Center
Valve (3) and must 3
overcome a pressure of 70
bar to open the valve.
• This prevent the mast from
falling forward by its own
weight.
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line connected
to the bottom of the
1
Pressure Compensator
Valve (1). 2
• The maximum pressure is
set by the Main Pressure
Relief Valve (2).

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Sideshift right, port A2

PE05 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line connected
to the bottom of the
Pressure Compensator
Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the Main Pressure
Relief Valve (2).

• Information classification: Internal

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Sideshift left, port B2

PE06 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line connected
to the bottom of the
Pressure Compensator
Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the Main Pressure
Relief Valve (2).

• Information classification: Internal

Oil Control Valve - Function description

ATT2, port A3
PE07 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line
connected to the bottom
of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is
set by the ATT2
Pressure Relief Valve
2
(2).

ATT2, port B3
PE08 is activated
• The pressure is controlled
by the pilot line
connected to the bottom
of the Pressure
Compensator Valve (1).
• The maximum pressure is

Oil Control Valve - Function description

Compensators
• The compensators are only in use in
case of operating double functions.

• They make sure that the oil flow is

not increased for the specific
function in case that the pump rpm
is increased.

• For example:
The tilting speed will not increase
by using the lifting and tilting at the
same time, even if the pump rpm
increases.
