Mast
V Mast (M00B)
Features
• Two stages mast, inner and outer.
• Free lift is very limited (120 -125mm)
(free lift = max height the forks can be lifted from the
ground
without changing the closed mast height).
• When operating lift function, forks will lift and - beyond
the free lift - so will the inner mast.
• As there are only 2 mast sections and no free lift
cylinder, this mast offers excellent forward visibility.

Features
• The tilt cylinder boots cover the exposed area of the piston rod.
• Dirt and dust will no longer stick to piston rod coated with oil.
• Designed to expand and contract with the movements of the tilt
cylinder.
Fitted as standard within the options cold store, rust proof spec
and fisherman spec.
Benefits
• The boots prevent dust, cold air and water from reaching and
scratching the piston rod surface.

Forkbar
Wide forkbar (M30A)
Features
• Fork carriage consists of an upper and lower forkbar.
• Upper forkbar is designed so forks can quickly be hooked on and adjusted to meet a
wide range of fork spreads.
• Lower rear section of the forks rests against the lower forkbar.
• The forkbar complies with ISO 2328, this to standardize dimensions of fork carriers and
hook on forks.
• Traigo80 is fitted with Class IIA carriage (2.0t -2.5t) and Class IIIA carriage (3.0t – 3.5t).
• The forkbar is available in different widths (see below table)
Consult your attachment supplier when you want to fit an attachment.

Wider forkbars are available when wider loads will be handled.

Load Backrest
Load backrest (M40A)
Features
• Backrest (height = 1220 mm) is attached to the fork carriage.
• Offers extra support to high loads that extend above the carriage.
• Prevents the load from slipping back over the top of the carriage,
avoiding damage to the load or injury to the driver.
• The lower bar is angled giving good visibility to forktips.

• More safety when handling pallets with small parcels and/or loose
goods.

Load Backrest
Hydraulic cushioned forks (M82A)

Features
• A shock absorber is placed in the hydraulic circuit of the lift
cylinder and has a dampening effect on the load handling.
• The system absorbs the shocks on the load (light loads only).
• Shockless landing lift function included.

• More productivity when working with fragile and light goods or
loose boxes on uneven floors.

Load Damping
Hydraulic accumulator - full charge (N04A)

Features
• A shock absorber is placed in the hydraulic circuit of the
lift cylinder and has a dampening effect on the load
handling.
• The system absorbs shocks on the load (heavy loads).
• Shockless landing lift function is included.

• More productivity when working with heavy loads on
uneven floors.

Features
• For an easier connection of your attachment.
• Quick couplings are available on 3rd, 4th and 5th hydraulic function.
• Basically a plug & play concept.
• The complete set contains 3 x Male + 3 x Female connectors (ISO/A Size
3/8).
The female connectors are installed on the fork carriage.

The other set will be put onto the machine in a plastic bag, the customer will
only need to install these onto the hydraulic hoses of the attachment.

4th Function with safety switch (ZISO)
Features
• A ISO 3691-1 compliant INTERLOCK push-button is installed on the 4th Hydraulic
function lever.
• Interlock is mandatory in case of clamp attachment according to the current norm.
• Control button is non-latching type (the operator must keep the button depressed to With minilevers (E45A)
activate the 4th Hydraulic function).
ZISO is only available with A450, E811B or E911B

• When key is switched OFF, the power supply is also

load indicator can be enabled by the yellow push-
button.
• Interlock safety switch (ZISO) operated with the
red push button located on the upper end of the
joystick.

steering with the hands.

• It is self-regulated and offers the driver a comfortable ride in cold

Features

• Seat height will increase with ~25 mm when fitting this option because of the
rotating base plate.
This option is available with all types of material handling controls but cannot be
combined with the D2 and double Accel. pedals.

• A grip with horn button is attached to the right rear pillar.

Features
• A sun flap is attached on the overhead guard in front of

Reading light (Z11E)
Features
• The flexible reading light is mounted on the front right pillar.
• The 5 Watts light is linked to the ignition key switch and also

Features
• Made out of a robust clear metal sheet plus a note pad

• A4-size PVC box that is mounted behind the driver

Features
• E-bar rail is mounted on the front right pillar.

Features
• A 12V cigarette lighter style SOCKET mounted on the

• The safety protection gates are mounted on the left and
right side of the truck. The gates swing open.
• The pilot protector maintains the operator inside the
cabin compartment in case of tip over.
• As the IWS Pilot Protector gates are bolted onto the
OHG pillars, the IWS pilot protector system can be
removed easily.
