Introduction

• What is Project?
– A project is a set of inter-related activities which are
initiated to achieve an objective. As soon as the objective
is achieved the project is deemed to be over.
– A project is not an objective in itself (it has an objective),
nor is it the end-result (It results into something)
– It has a definite beginning and a definite end
