Why is project scope
statement important?
• Client understand the project scope
• You can refer to the scope statement
when needed.
• Definition: Project Objectives
• The project objective answers the question,
“What is this completed project going to do?”

• Project objectives should be “SMART”:


• Specific - Tangible Vision

• Agreed upon
- Quantifiable Standard
- By All of the Stakeholders
