STANDARD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY

1.LEMON 3 NOS

2.GINGER 30 GM

3.ROSE PETALS 10 GM

4.SUGAR 300GM

5.WATER 300ML

6.ROSEWATER 2ML
 METHOD.
• 1.blanch lemon for 1 minute to soften the lemon skin
• 2.take a piece of ginger, grate it finely
• 3.take the lemon cut both ends, than cut into quarters
• 4.cut off big piece of pith and take out the seeds (save it for later use)
• 5.slice the lemon thinly, set aside
• 6.by using a cheesecloth tie up all the seeds and pith scraps
• 7.boil over water, slice lemons and cheesecloth bag over low heat
• 8.after 15-20 minutes take out cheesecloth bag and keep aside
• 9.add sugar and grated ginger bring it boil in medium heat
• 10.squeeze out the juices from cheesecloth and add into back pot
• 11.drop a spoon onto a frozen plate and put it back for 2 minutes
• 12.by using finger through it, must be wrinkle so, its consider done
• 13.lastly add rose petals and rosewater, stir well and off the heat
• 14.pour into a jar and chilled it before served.
