3. Expert Judgement
• To ensure comprehensive identification and
listing of stakeholders, judgment and expertise
should be sought from groups or individuals
with specialized training or subject matter
expertise.
• Experts can be engaged through meetings,
reports, meetings, interviews, workshops,
thematic sessions etc.
Experts include:
• Senior management
• Other units within the organization
• Project managers who have worked on projects in
the same area (directly or through lessons learned)
• Subject matter experts (SMEs) in the business or
project area
• Industry groups and consultants;
• Professional and technical associations, regulatory
bodies, and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

• The stakeholder management plan is a


component of the project management plan
and
• identifies the management strategies required
to effectively engage stakeholders.
• The stakeholder management plan can be
formal or informal, highly detailed or broadly
framed, based on the needs of the project.

Make a project stakeholder management
plan.
• Project A: Clean water will be provided to 12 villages
of Mithi with 2 filtration plant for each village.
• Project B: Polio vaccination for all children up to 5
years from 15 villages of Warsak, Mohmand Agency,
FATA.
• Project C: For 10 schools at Astor, GB, total of 8 toilets
will be build for each school.
• Project D: For 200 graduate students at Vehari,
Punjab, 15 training sessions will be conducted on
career counseling.
• Project E: For 150 domestic violence victim women
will be given poultry stock to start their own small
scale business in Khuzdar, Balochistan.
