We followed along with Ms. Prachi. MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP 9th November 2022 REFLECTIVE NOTE ... The overall experience can be concisely called 'refreshing’ and 'calming’ and According to me, that was exactly the purpose it was meant to serve. The yogic postures and exercises were really elaborate and some students even struggled to do them perfectly but this workshop was carried out in an azure garden with verdant trees and resplendent firmament which significantly added up to the beauty and harmony of the experience as a whole. Also, the Calming effect lasted throughout the day.
