IMPORTER IN
MEXICO
First steps to set up a Company or branch or headquarter in Mexico according to
the new regulations to import and export 2017

To know what type of legal entity/legal company/ corporation will

be

To set up a legal entity according to the Mexican regulations

( persona moral/persona juridica

To analyse how will be the participation to Mr. Cocquyt in the

legal entity or joint venture

To let him the costume officer (Mr. Galindo/ or other) migratory

status of Mr. Cocquyt in Mexico.

To define who will be your legal representative in all mexican

territory ( it means the 32 states of Mexico/ it has to be a Mexican
lawyer as mandatory ).
After being defined stablished the first part in the presence of a Mexican
Certified Notary

The Custome officer and the legal representative will do the submission and the
procedure to SAT (MINISTRY OF TAXES IN MEXICO)

Also they will have to register the official address of the company in Mexico

On the other hand at SAT, MR. COCQUYT will receive a RFC (COMPANY TAX
CODE) that will be obtain when the company is correctly set up

Then Mr. Galindo will submit and register officially the company to the National
Importer Register as well to be submitted in the specific field that the company
will belong ( beverage and alcohol sector)
