Little Yering Chardonnay

A seductive chardonnay with its acidity and fruitiness.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are


picked by hand and by machine. Spontaneous fermentation
50% in steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels. The wine matures
for 9 months in 500-liter oak barrels before bottling.

Use: With fried octopus rings seasoned with lemon.

Description: The precise aroma is fruity and you can


distinguish a ripe peach from it. The dry taste is ripe fruity, with
oak barrel aging bringing width and nuttiness to it. Rich acidity
and a long aftertaste.
