INTRODUCTION

The point of the Introduction section is to


explore the use of technology in school
counselling, particularly in responsive services.
This study aims to determine whether trends in

have changed over the past few years.

RESULT

The results of this study indicate that school


counselors are increasingly using technology
in student planning activities, but their use in
responsive services has not changed
significantly. There is a need and opportunity
to utilize technology in responsive services,
such as individual and group counseling to
students. However, lack of training is a major
barrier to technology adoption in the service.
School counselors need to have access to
professional development and training to
better utilize technology in responsive services
