DDM 1-A CLASS OFFICERS

1ST MEETING
• All Officers shall serve a term of one
year, from the time that school ends in the
school year that they are elected until the
end of the next school year
 CLASS OFFICERS ROLE

• Class president - ultimately responsible

for all class activities; creates agenda and
presides over meetings; delegates duties
and acts as the representative for the
class.
 VICE PRESIDENT
• Fulfills the duties of the president
when the president is absent;
performs duties assigned by the
president.
 SECRETARY

• Takes meeting minutes; maintains

correspondence & attendance records; keeps
class activity calendar/webpage; responsible
for all sign-up sheets
 TREASURER

• Establishes budget; records all financial

transactions; gives status report at class
meetings; authorizes expenditures; inventories
fundraising items; and collects/deposits
fundraising money earned.
• He is incharge of the funds, he is incharge
financially, he keeps the money safe.
 BUSINESS MANAGER

• To help prepare and to approve organization

budgets.
• To aid each student treasurer in reconciling the
organization's accounts with the accounts of
the Business Office.
 PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER
• The Public Relations Director
will keep student body informed
of events, fundraisers and service
projects. Actively communicate
and maintain Class website and
social media page.
 AUDITOR
• Auditors look at every transaction in the
Classroom accounting records, including
monies that come in through donations or
local, state or federal programs. In essence,
they treat these records like a checkbook and
make sure the records are balanced.
• The one who should collect the funds.
 MUSE
• The appointed/elected muse of the class
should also possess the characteristics stated in
the item for president. Furthermore, she should
also possess beauty. The muse is expected to
represent the class whenever there is an
occasion in need of female representative.
 ESCORT
• The appointed/elected escort of
the class should also possess the
characteristics stated in theitem
for handsomeness.
