- ADVANCED MONITORING SERVICES

Pre-Requisite To Add Requirement in DCM
- Before adding requirement in DCM make sure lead is added.
- It is mandatory to add requirement inputs in DCM while adding any requirement with
proper detail so that Pre-Sales team will review inputs and process the commercial.
- Required package type needs to be selected such as KVM Cloud, Software Services,
Network Services for IP, Data Transfer etc.
- Inputs can be added through notepad, word,excel etc format.
- Always use incognito version.
- Select package sequence wise as per the detail mentioned on slide no --.
