 Purpose

The main purpose of this scope item is to fulfil the customer order via Warehouse
Management Process Flow.
Here the basic warehouse process like packing area ,picking ,shipment etc are included in
these process.

 Create Sales Order

Process to create Sales Order

SAP MM WM EWM Competency Resource Head count

• Tcode: VA01
• Enter the following details
i.e. Select order type- OR
Sales org- 1710
Distributed channel -10
Division-00

• Now Click Enter

Create Standard order screen will appear
Enter Sold to party -17000020
ship to party- 17000020
Customer reference no -

 Create standard order

• Click on the line item of mat

Go to display item overview
Then go to shipping tab
Enter 1)Gross weight
2) Net weight
• Click on save button
• Standard order will create

 Create Outbound Delivery
Process to create Outbound Delivery
• Tcode : VL01N
• Enter Shipping Point-1710
• Enter order no -

• Click enter
• Click on picking tab
• Enter the no of qty want to deliver
• Click on save button
• Outbound Delivery no will create

 Create Transfer order

Process
• TCode – LT03
• Enter warehouse no
• Enter plant
• Enter delivery no
• Adopt a pickup qty-02(pick qty in delivery and post GI)

• Click enter
• Click on Generate+Next material tab

 Create Transfer order

• After clicking on Generate+Next material tab

-Check all the detail in processed items tab

• Click on to Generate TO item tab

• TO number will generate

 Confirm Transfer order

• Tcode- LT12
• Put a Transfer order number which we want to confirm
• Enter
• Click on confirm internally tab

• Transfer order will confirm

 Check Warehouse Stock overview

• Tcode –MMBE
• Check stock after confirming Transfer order
- No of Quantity will get reduced from Warehouse stock
