    Dear Sarah.

    I hope this letter finds you well.


    I am starting a new job in September and it’s in London, so I think I’ll need to move house. I'd like to rent somewhere
    in the countryside, so I am going to look at some of the small villages outside the city. Unfortunately, it's very
    expensive around there so I'm not sure if we ‘ll have enough money.
