One long day, I had a lot on my mind and couldn't help but think about every little
thing. My head was spinning and my heart was heavy. I decided to take a break,
put on my hat, and go for a walk in the park. As i strolled along, i saw a fool trying
to balance a full cup of coffee while holding a pen in his hand. He was so focused
on not spilling his drink that he didn't notice the pan left on the stove. Smoke was
billowing out of the window of his apartment, and i knew i had to act fast. I asked
him to sip his coffee and then handed him my phone to call the fire department. We
watched as a ship of firefighters arrived and put out the fire. Thankfully, no one
was hurt.
As we sat on a nearby bear statue and ate a pear, we talked about how things could
have been much worse if i hadn't noticed the smoke from afar. Sometimes, it's
important to take a moment to sit and observe our surroundings, even if we're in a
hurry to get to our next seat.
