• The FIDIC contracts do not mention Acceleration Claims in a clear or direct manner.

• If we look into the FIDIC articles, we find that the word Accelerate is mentioned twice:

We note here that Acceleration has been classified as Variation and it has not been clearly
mentioned here about special provisions and procedures for Acceleration as an independent
claim.
