Why should you study claims management?
In today's competitive corporate environment, efficient time
management and timely project completion are crucial for organizations

surface of theoretical concepts, leaving students without the necessary

This proved problematic in my professional life when I had to prepare
claims for two large construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The more
complex project involving international parties highlighted the need
for practical knowledge and skills to execute theoretical concepts.
My practical experience from these projects proved invaluable when I
pursued my MSC and had to write a dissertation on the cause of delays
in construction projects. It was the practical application of my learning
that allowed me to succeed. This highlights the need for a balance
between theory and practical application in project management
studies for effective learning and skill development.

Course case study
