ABSTRACT
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is one of most exciting
technologies. The purpose of this paper is to review the RFID technology
and its applications. This paper gives a brief introduction to principles of
RFID, classification of RFID tags and reader, frequencies used, current
application, as well as advantages and limitations. This paper aims to
review current development and future scope of this technology.
LITERATURE REVIEW
OBJECTIVE

• The goal of the project is to have a Store medical data and to avoid any damages to
the reports.

•It helps the patient and doctor to easy identify to patient status and Reduce the usage of
paper and taking more time wait for the report.
INTRODUCTION

• The RFID-based report system is a cutting-edge report management system that enables wireless
communications to establish the identity of the patient, doctor, or any other person.
• It comes with an RFID reader, RFID tag, LCD display, and microcontroller unit. In the laboratory,
hospital, and SCAN centre, patient reports are collected utilising RFID technology.
• By putting their ID cards on the reader, the patient can immediately authenticate their report.
The system can wirelessly credential when they are inside the radiofrequency range of the RFID
report reader.
METHODOLOGY
•XAMPP
•RFID card & RFID Receiver
•Raspberry pi

XAMPP
XAMPP is an abbreviation for cross-platform, Apache, MySQL, PHP and Perl, and it allows
you to build Word Press site offline, on a local web server on your computer. This simple
and lightweight solution works on Windows, Linux, and Mac – hence the “cross-platform” part.

RFID RECEIVER
A radio frequency identification reader (RFID reader) is a device used to gather information
from an RFID tag, which is used to track individual objects. Radio waves are used to transfer
data from the tag to a reader. RFID is a technology similar in theory to bar codes.
RFID TAG
RFID tags are a type of tracking system that uses radio frequency to search, identify, track, and
communicate with items and people. Essentially, RFID tags are smart labels that can store a range
of information from serial numbers, to a short description, and even pages of data.

RASPBERRY PI
The Raspberry Pi is a low cost, credit-card sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV,
and uses a standard keyboard and mouse. It is a capable little device that enables people of all
ages to explore computing, and to learn how to program in languages like Scratch and
Python.
APPLICATION

• Improve patient safety.

• Reduce medical report damage or loss.
• Long - time usage.
• Saving time and money through automation.
FUTURE WORK

• We use this RFID card because in future the patient don’t want
to carry lot of scan reports only need to take RFID scan card.

• If any urgent came up ,we can use scanner in the phone to scan
the QR Code we can get the patient report.

• Easy to Overview all our̥ Medical problems in single scan.

• Helps to give a quick medical appointment.
