Reviewing ASME Section VIII Div. 1

In this section, there are 3 subsection occurs in it. Subsection A, B, and

C. Each subsection will discuss different information for making a new
pressure vessel. Subsection A discuss about the general information
and requirement, for Subsection B discuss more specific about
fabricating process and for subsection C is mostly discuss about the
material later will be use for the pressure vessel.

REVIEWING INSPECTION AND TEST PLAN (ITP)

By reviewing this document, it shows all the step process of inspecting

a new pressure vessel, what should be prepared before conducting the
inspection. Should be good enough if in this ITP is shown the referring
document in detail.

CONCLUSION
Based on the knowledge about Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), ITP is a
structured document that outlines the specific and standards requirement
for inspecting a pressure vessel. By clearly defining the inspection and
testing activities, the ITP helps to ensure that the product or system is
safe, reliable, and fit for its intended purpose. The ITP includes a range of
activities such as inspections, tests, hold points, witness points, and
reviews, which are carried out by designated parties with specific
responsibilities. Monitoring is also a critical aspect of an ITP, allowing
designated parties to observe and record the progress of the inspection
and testing activities and ensure that they are being carried out according
to the specified requirements or standards referring to BCD3-000-43-SPC-
4-001-00-2-IFR and government regulation 84.K/38/DJM/1998
