According to Plato, the beginning of knowledge is self-knowledge. Other
ancient philosophers define self in many ways but today, let us talk about
the concept of the self. Self is the union of elements that constitute
individuality and identity of a person, namely:

 body- constitute your physical attributes, your health, and your posture and poise;
 thoughts- the way you think, and how you perceive things around you;
 feelings or emotions- how you feel about the things around you; and
 sensations- a widespread reaction of interest and excitement about something.
