Of The Grief

Every person on earth will, at some point, feel the pain of loss. Everyone
grieves in their own way, but experts have recognized universal
experiences and stages of loss. An analysis of the five stages of sorrow is
provided.

During the fourth stage, the individual despairs at the
recognition of their mortality. In this state, the individual
may become silent, refuse visitors and nspend much of the
time mournful and sullen.

Stage 5
Acc
epta
People at this final point when they accept their own
mortality, the death of a loved one or other terrible event,

or all of the above. An emotional equilibrium and a
reflective, quiet perspective are common characteristics of
this mental state.
