INVENTORY SYSTEM:
The company is currently using ERP software, Furthermore,
the ideal supply chain situation in the Fast-Moving Consumer
Goods (FMCG) industry is the ability to create "sufficient"
stock to cover orders and deliver "just enough" merchandise
to every outlet. Just in Time (JIT) production and delivery is
the term for this method, where reload bars follow the JIT
strategy because the aim is to reduce flow time and cost
within the production system.

RAW MATERIAL:
The raw materials required to manufacture mirrors are plain
glass, rod, silver nitrate, paints, and other chemical such as
ammonia, sulphuric acid, sodium, copper coating and packing
materials.

OF AUTOMOTIVE MIRRORS

STEP A: STEP B:
*Rods arriving at the work station for *Then Plastic Polymers are molded for
cutting bending welding and coating. making mirror covers
*Coated rods are then sent to assembly *They are then sent to assembly
department for further processes department for further processes

STEP C:
*Mirror sheets arrive for cutting and then
STEP D:
bending in the furnace * There mirror covers are expanded to fit
*Metallizing is done with coating of Zinc in the mirror and the rod
for longer lifespan *After that they are cleaned and packed,
