The problema detachment
Loose delamination sheets found on rotor substacksLoose delamination found on PT00383250-B when on OP30 heater. Top substack on
all there was not fully seated on guidepins and had a loose delamination sheet between it and the substack below.The loose sheet caught
on the heater’s guide pins. This prevented the top substack from correct placement. The temperature sensor could not take a proper read-
ing due to askew substack placement.This resulted in OP30 heater overheating and burning substack.
