Presentation Guide For Participants
1. Start with an attention-grabbing introduction that clearly states the topic of your presentation and its relevance to the
audience.
2. Provide a brief overview of the technical subject matter that you will be presenting, including any relevant background
information or context.
3. Clearly define the objectives of your presentation, such as to deliver a comprehensive information regarding the chosen topic
to the audience, the problem you are trying to solve or the solution you are proposing.
4. Present your technical information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Use visual aids such as slides, diagrams, and
picture images to help illustrate your points.
5. Make sure to highlight the key benefits or advantages of your solution or approach, and explain how it addresses the problem
or meets the objectives you defined earlier.
6. Use examples, newly obtained knowledge from the training, or real-world scenarios to demonstrate the practical applications
and effectiveness of your solution or approach.
7. Be prepared to answer questions from the audience and engage them in a discussion of your topic.
8. Ensure you are not exceeding the given time limit (15 minutes)
9. End with a summary of your key points and a clear call to action, such as a request for feedback or an invitation to learn more
about your solution or approach.
