Micropipettor Instructions:

1. Check that your volume is correct.


2. Put on proper pipet tip.
3. Depress plunger to 1st stop (measured volume).
4. Place tip in solution to be pipetted.
5. Slowly release plunger to full extension to draw up liquid
6. Place tip in destination tube, against inner wall.
7. Depress slowly through 1st stop and to 2nd stop to expel all contents.
8. Release plunger to full extension
9. Dispose of tip.
