Challenges faced by Azim Premji
Once, stakeholder in the company said that premji’s ought to
resign in a yearly meeting. He said the company’s business is
incredibly advance & extremely complex, & a 21 year old boy
can’t run it.
Before this meeting, he was not assured concerning his skills.
But after this incident, he assured himself & gained
confidence.
From then on, he promised himself that he will leave no stone
unturned to grow this co-operation. He had no prior business
management experience. He had a really challenging first few
years. He used to spend more time at the plant alone in order
to better understand the company. He than began managing
the business in his manner.

Academy of Higher Education.

outstanding work in trade & Commerce.
