you and the hiring
manager introduce
yourself. It usually
involves a handshake and
your formal introduction

conversation phase. Here you
speak politely with the hiring
manager or panel members.
They may ask you personal
questions to get to know you
more as a person and identify
those personality traits that
align with the organization's
culture.
Interview execution
After passing the presentation
and personal introduction
phases, the interviewer
proceeds to the structured and
technical part of the interview.
Depending on factors such as
the type of intervention, job
position and even work
experience, you may be asked
more or less technical
questions. You may also be
presented with hypothetical
scenarios and asked to share
After passing the structured questions and answers of
the interview, only the conclusion and farewell phase
remains. This is the key moment to thank the
interviewer for their time, shake hands again, show
your gratitude for the opportunity, and express your
interest in working with them. Additionally, some
candidates choose to send a thank you note the day
after the interview.
